Introduction:

Have you ever thought about the simplicity and complexity of this statement? During this session, we will explore how this statement can peel away the layers of our identity, stress, family relationships, community relationships, etc. as it relates to farm and/or agricultural life. In addition, have you ever sat in a meeting, conference, and/or webinar and you are told 50 ways to do this better and 25 things are you are doing wrong?  I have and typically this leaves me feeling frustrated, more stressed at times, and tired.

What if the simple statement of “Hi my name is….. and I am a …….”  holds the key to already developed, but possibly untapped resiliency?  Please join our presenter Angela Sorg to find out more.
