2011 - Inquiry (pdf)
Assignments were gathered from 52 courses (356 sections) of the Inquiry courses offered in Fall 2011. For each area, the faculty evaluators used an area-specific rubric to complete 798 total evaluations on General Education Learning Outcome 1: Students will demonstrate an understanding of and ability to employ the processes of intellectual inquiry.

2011 - Quantitative Reasoning (pdf)
Assignments were gathered from 9 courses (176 sections) of the Quantitative Reasoning courses offered in Fall 2011. For each area, the faculty evaluators used an area-specific rubric (Appendix B) to complete 280 total evaluations on General Education Learning Outcome3: Students will demonstrate an understanding of and ability to employ methods of quantitative reasoning.

2011 - Composition & Communication (pdf)
Assignments were gathered from 2 courses (31 sections) of the C&C courses offered in Spring 2011. 801 artifacts were gathered, 440 artifacts were deployed, and 414 were evaluated. Evaluators completed 458 total evaluations on General Education Learning Outcome 2: Students will demonstrate competent written, oral, and visual communication skills both as producers and consumers of information.

2011 - Citizenship (pdf)
Assignments were gathered from 7 courses of the Citizenship courses offered in Fall 2010 and Spring 2011. 281 artifacts were gathered, 272 were distributed, and 260 were evaluated. Evaluators completed 298 total evaluations on General Education Learning Outcome 4: Students will demonstrate an understanding of the complexities of citizenship and the process for making informed choices as engaged citizens in a diverse, multilingual world.

2010 Pilot Assessment: Critical Thinking (pdf)
Assignments were gathered from approximately 8 courses (30 sections) of the general education pilot courses offered in the Spring 2010 semester. Evaluators used the Critical Thinking VALUE rubric to score 102 of the assessable artifacts on General Education Learning Outcome 1: Students will demonstrate an understanding of and ability to employ the processes of intellectual inquiry.
