The efforts of all task force members reaffirmed the key role that collaboration and cooperation across different University constituencies plays in bringing about better IT. Upon publication of this plan, we consider our initial commitment to the IT Strategic Planning process fulfilled. This plan is the result of the combined efforts of approximately 100 students, faculty, and staff from the University community. We thank these individuals for their lively participation in meetings and their candid discussions, alternate ideas, and helpful comments.
