Student Account Services
Student Account Services acts as a billing agent for the University of Kentucky. Our staff can provide financial assistance regarding your tuition, loans and tax credit information. When you need assistance our customer service representatives are available to assist.
Billing and Payment Dates:
Account statements are sent electronically to the student's UK assigned email address the first week of each month as long as a balance due remains.
An account hold for an unpaid past due balance will prevent class registration during priority registration windows. Past due balances are subject to a late fee of 1.5%.
Account statements for Spring 2018 will be sent electronically the first week in January. Total amount due must be received on or before January 22, 2018.
Enrollment in the installment payment plan has ended for Fall 2017. Enrollment for Spring 2018 will be available the first week in January after account statements are sent. For general information, click here.
Financial Aid and Refund Dates:
Spring 2018 financial aid awards for full time students will begin posting January 1-3.
Full time students' financial aid refunds should begin January 5.
Part time students' financial aid refunds will begin approximately January 22.
