PT Alumna and Hall of Fame Member Promoted

Glenda Mack, PT ’97 and 2014 CHS Hall of Fame Inductee, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the RehabCare division of Kindred Rehabilitation Services. Glenda joined the company in 1997 and has held a variety of operational and clinical leadership roles at all levels of the organization, most recently serving as Division Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer of Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services. She previously held roles in Kindred’s skilled nursing rehabilitation business – PeopleFirst – as a physical therapist, rehab manager and multi-site leader. Glenda has a combination of clinical and business pedigree with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Glenda has demonstrated success in enhancing both operational and clinical performance across Kindred’s multiple clinical care settings by developing and working through cross-functional teams. She has been responsible for key clinical and quality initiatives across our KHRS business, including the successful integration of Centerre. Congratulations to Glenda on her promotion.
