As another school year begins, it presents a time to reflect on the relationships that will define how we, as a united College of Health Sciences, can foster a purposeful environment of collaboration and belonging among our students, faculty, and staff. We are driven to carry out our commitment to the “Kentucky Promise”, that people from all walks of life, experiences, and backgrounds can find a home at CHS and leave with not only an excellent education or career, but with a lifelong connection to the greater College of Health Sciences family.

Because a family is what we are. When you walk through our doors, your name is added to both the UK and CHS family tree. It is our mission to be educators, researchers, and supporters of each individual person who makes up the College of Health Sciences DNA.
