Abstract | This is a clinical report of a young girl who presented with a large left lung mass, which was found to be alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare clinical entity. This was successfully treated with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. To our knowledge, this is the longest survivor with this disease. |
