Dear Colleagues,

It is my great pleasure to announce that Dr. Patrick Pabian has been appointed as the next Chair and Program Director in the Department of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Pabian and his spouse, Megan, will be relocating from their current positions at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

They and their two children plan to join us here in Lexington in early August, 2022.

As you know, Dr. Tony English is retiring effective June 30, 2022, and in the interim, Dr. Nate Johnson has accepted the position of Acting Chair/Program Director.

There will be additional details released in the coming days about Dr. Pabian’s background and accomplishments.

For now, I will just say that I am excited to welcome the Pabians to our CHS family.
