Student Tax provides 1098-T forms to allow students to take the Education tax credit when filing with the Internal Revenue Service.
2021 1098-T FORM
The 1098-T tax form for 2021 is available electronically on your myUK account under Financials > Account Services from the left-hand menu > 1098-T Form(s).
Should you need assistance viewing your 1098-T, visit myDocs Self-Service Document Portal.
To receive the form by USPS mail, you must have selected "1098-T Opt Out" from the menu on or before December 31, 2021.
-Your Social Security Number (or Taxpayer Information Number – TIN) is required for all students who apply for federal/state student financial aid including KEES Scholarship recipients. Aid cannot be awarded without an accurate SSN.
-Your Social Security Number (or Taxpayer Information Number – TIN) is required for all students who will claim a Federal Education tax credit. Failure to provide an accurate SSN for the purpose of 1098-T form may result in a penalty levied by the IRS.
