These peer mentors support student success in the Interprofessional Healthcare Residential College (IHRC) living-learning program (LLP) by creating and hosting a robust platform of co-curricular programming designed to enhance student belonging, engagement, and career exploration in healthcare. IHRC peer mentors also have the opportunity to serve as IHRC UK 101 Peer Instructors.
