Kelly M Cecil is a 1989 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in exercise science. He also attended Transylvania University from 1984 to 1987 as a biology major and varsity basketball player.

He co-founded Associates in Rehab, Lexington, KY in 1996. The association expanded to Eastern Kentucky in 1999 and grew to become the largest physical therapy company in that region.

Kelly is also the Founder and President of the Kentucky Association of Wellness Professionals. This association was founded in 2015. This company focuses on health and wellness strategies for the state of Kentucky and also provides medical and wellness professionals a networking platform.

He is also the Founder and President of Cecil Health and Wellness, a personal training and wellness education company that was established in 1994.
