Hello! My name is Emoni, and I am a senior Communication Sciences and Disorders major. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana and was drawn to the University of Kentucky because of the College of Health Sciences. The college offers hands on learning, professors in the healthcare field and access to the best hospitals in Kentucky. After undergraduate I plan to get my masters to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. I am passionate about improving diversity and inclusion in the healthcare field in efforts to provide the best care to all populations. The college of Health Sciences has provided me with a support system of people who want me to succeed and provides the best resources. 

This is my third year being an ambassador and I have loved the opportunities the position has brought, to meet perspective student, fellow students in other programs and faculty. Outside of CHS, I also work as a university tour guide. I enjoy working out anyway I can, whether it is in the gym or the indoor rock-climbing wall. I love cooking and baking.
