Katie is a College Financial Analyst in the Business Office, where she manages financial processes and is responsible for financial reporting, reconciliation, compliance, and also organizational improvement.

She began in the College of Agriculture in the Department of Animal and Food Sciences as a receptionist in 2005. She was promoted to Account Clerk III, and hired as a purchaser in the Integrated Business Unit, before joining the Business Office in the College of Health Sciences.

Katie is originally from outside Louisville, KY in LaGrange. She moved to Lexington, KY to attend the University of Kentucky after high school and has never left. She has her BA in English from the University of Kentucky. She enjoys living in Lexington, KY with her husband, and her two young daughters.
