The Education Abroad Program Development Grant has supported numerous UK faculty members with developing new programs in a wide range of disciplines in diverse locations throughout the world, including Switzerland, South Africa, Dominican Republic, Peru and China. Applications are due by September 1. Travel grants may be awarded to establish either a course that embeds an international education travel component into a fall or spring residential course or a program to be offered during the summer or winter terms. The proposal must relate to a new program that will be offered within two years of receipt of funding. Applicants must receive at least 25% matching funds (e.g., cash or in-kind contributions) from their college/department or external funding sources.
