  2. UK Graduate School Application

CASPA Applicaton
Application fees are dependent on the number of institutions applied to in CASPA. Fees begin at $177 and $51 for each additional designation submitted.  The fee waiver bank will offer a total of $93,330 for applicants who qualify.   Please note the CASPA application is a separate application entity used by the UKPA Program.  Any questions regarding this application needs to be directed to the CASPA representatives.

On the CASPA application you will:

  2. Complete a personal statement
  3. Input all direct patient care, shadowing, volunteering, awards, leadership and employment information.
  4. Three recommendations (1. Physician or PA, 2. Academic Advisor or Professor, and 3. Any Medical or Academic professional)  At least two evaluations/references must be completed in order to be considered a complete application for review.  All three must be received by the deadline to continue evaluation for interview.
  5. Self-report GRE scores (Official scores must be reported by the July 15th deadline)
  6. Additionally, applicants will need to complete the UK supplemental portion of the CASPA application which is listed under the Program Materials section of the application.

UK Graduate School Application
Application fee is $125. On the Graduate School application, you will:

If you are reapplying, all applicants must complete a new CASPA application and new UK Graduate School application.  For the Graduate School application, you must create a new account using a different email address than the one used last cycle.  For CASPA, please follow their instructions for reapplicants.
