Ben-Gal Cheerleader’s Super Bowl trip was ‘One of a Kind’

It’s been a big year for Holly Michel.

In fact, some would say it was more than big. Some would say it was Super.

In 2021-22, she became a cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals, graduated from Physical Therapy school, got a full-time job and followed the Bengals to the Super Bowl.

RHB Alum Welcomes First Texas Class to New Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program

Col. Enrique Smith-Forbes, PhD, OTR/L, CHT, who received his PhD from the Rehabilitation and Health Sciences PhD Program in 2015 before going on to be stationed at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, recently joined the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston to welcome the inaugural class of 11 students to the Army-Baylor University Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program at MEDCoE.

Micah Bragdon knew from an early age that he wanted to find a job where he could help others.

“Growing up, I had the privilege of watching my brother become a successful nurse,” said the 25-year-old Lancaster, Ky., native. “The immense satisfaction he had from being able to help people when they were in their most vulnerable states was the key inspiration that sparked my desire to pursue the healthcare field.”
